Shape It Your Way,
Hand-Building
(On-Site or Local Events)
Shape It Your Way is a 2 hour, hands-on pottery experience your group won’t forget! Create characters, holiday decor, vases, wine stoppers, charcuterie boards, planter pots—or dream up something entirely your own. Choose from our project menu or plan a custom piece with us. Instruction is provided for one project per class, but your imagination is always welcome.
Perfect for: girls’ nights, showers, team-building, birthdays, corporate events, or just-because fun.
We bring the class to you—home, clubhouse, office, or community center—with all materials, setup, and cleanup included.
Travel is free within 30 minutes of St. Paul, OR; small travel fee applies beyond.
Details: Base price of $250 covers up to 5 participants; $30 per person after. discounts for groups of 15+. Ages 5+ (under 10 with an adult). Partially glaze in class; we finish and fire your work. Ready for pickup in ~3 weeks.
Paint & Take
Pottery to Go
(Create on your own time)
Paint & Take is a self-guided, paint-your-own-pottery experience for ages 3+. Choose your bisque piece (starting at $9), grab your kit, and paint at home or anywhere you like—solo or with friends and family.
Your Grab & Go box includes your piece, paints, brushes, supplies, and easy instructions. When you’re done, return it for glazing and firing. In about 3 weeks, you’ll have a shiny, food-safe, dishwasher- and microwave-safe piece to enjoy.
No in-person instruction—just fun, flexible, and at your own pace. Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, rainy days, school breaks, family reunion and creative gifts.

Let’s Throw! is a relaxed, beginner-friendly private class for up to 4 people—perfect for friends, family, date or small groups. Our cozy basement studio (stairs required) has 2 pottery wheels for a shared experience.
Time: 1–2 people: ~2 hrs
3–4 people: ~2.5 hrs
Private parties only – you bring the people, we bring the clay!
Each guest spends at least 1 hour on the wheel to make up to 2 finished pieces. Extra clay will be recycled. Your Claydate Guide trims, glazes, and fires your work; choose from our curated glaze colors. Finished pieces are ready in about 3 weeks.
Aprons provided. Closed-toed shoes required. Ages 10+.
